Practical, hands-on support for you and your baby

Every family’s needs are different. Whether you're looking for overnight help, daytime support, or someone calm and experienced to guide you through the fourth trimester, I’m here to help.

All of my services are offered in person and tailored to fit your baby’s needs, your parenting style, and your comfort level.

This option is ideal for new parents, those recovering from birth, and families welcoming twins or preemies.

Overnight Newborn Care

Get real rest while I care for your baby through the night.

Overnight care includes:

Diapering, soothing, and feeding (or bringing baby to you for nursing)

Safe sleep setup and monitoring

Gentle sleep conditioning when appropriate

Light tracking of feeds and sleep

Calm, consistent presence if you have questions or need reassurance during the night

Available in most areas of Los Angeles and some parts of Orange County.

Postpartum Doula Support

Daytime help that actually helps.

When you’re adjusting to life with a newborn, even the smallest tasks can feel heavy. My goal is to make your days feel a little easier, and to make sure you're supported, not just the baby.

Daytime visits may include:

Feeding or baby care guidance

Emotional check-ins and recovery support

Light meal prep or snack planning

Baby laundry or bottle washing

Time for you to nap, shower, or just breathe

Each session is flexible based on how you're feeling and what you need that day.

Sleep Training
(4 Months and Older)

Gentle, in-home sleep training with real-time support.

Once your baby is developmentally ready, usually around four months old, I offer in-home sleep training support that’s structured, responsive, and tailored to your family’s preferences.

This is not an online course or one-size-fits-all method. It’s hands-on help from someone calm and experienced, walking you through each step with care.

Sleep training support may include:

Helping you choose or follow a method that fits your baby and parenting style

Creating a consistent bedtime routine

In-home support as you implement your plan

Overnight guidance so you’re not navigating it alone

Tracking progress and adjusting with care

Every baby is different. I’ll help you read cues, stick to your plan, and support your baby through the process in a way that feels respectful and doable.

Single parents and solo-by-choice families

Clients navigating postpartum after a NICU stay or a difficult birth

LGBTQ+ parents

Families welcoming babies through surrogacy or adoption

I bring calm, affirming care to every home I step into without judgment or assumptions.
